Sabina Hambarava & Alexey Korotkevich are vegan pastry chefs couple. One of their merits it's  seting very high the bar of vegan pastry, and representing high end pastry art in vegan version.

The pastry chefs team works international in view of their uniqueness,  and also they run their vegan pastry shop "Physalis Vegan" in Warsaw. Sabina and Alex are emigrants from Belarus, vegans, people who want to contribute in making this planet better, and  one of their aims is to spread the evidence that top level pastry may be vegan. Currently young couple are on the way of teaching people high end pastry with only cruelty free and  natural, healthy products. They give master-classes worldwide and sharing their huge expirience and knowledge with people.
